As an Occupational Therapist

As an occupational therapist, I am an expert in how your nervous system regulates and responds, and how somatic practices affect your body on a cellular level. Going deep into your subconscious thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs that were never yours to begin with. Together, we'll trace your patterns - the bracing, the freezing, the over-giving, the dimming of your light - back to where they originated, using clinical-grade precision from over a decade of working in this space. Subconscious reprogramming, somatics, and soul-level support.

As a Dominatrix

My years in the dungeon taught me the power of feminine energy - specifically dark feminine energy, power exchange, leadership, and the embodiment of your ancient primal self. I discovered my sensuality as a language, and how pleasure, when it's openly received, becomes one of the most direct paths back to power. Becoming a woman who can't be tamed, controlled, or fit into someone else's box changed the way I showed up in every part of my life. Your dark feminine is the part of you that desires, that claims, that doesn't perform - and she's the part of you that's been caged up by the "good girl."

Before the dungeon, I was, like many women, a good girl. Praised for being easy, agreeable, productive, low-maintenance. I would literally slouch to fit in. I would run myself into the ground doing everything for everyone else before meeting my own needs. But stepping into domme work broke that conditioning wide open. Not only did I have the freedom to act on my desires, it was revered. Speaking my desires, and commanding my wishes be fulfilled, was worshipped.

This space was so different from everything else I knew - a space where the good girl couldn't exist. There is no easing your way into becoming a Dominatrix. You flip the proverbial table of everything you've known, and you BECOME your power. You embody it, because there is no other way. I would sit in a room with a man on his knees and feel, on a soul level, the reverence and desire he had for my power - for the embodied, dark feminine. Through this I learned the power we truly hold as women, and that this energy is divine, ancient, and a conduit to the power we've been taught to be afraid of.
