Terms and Conditions for Goddess Guidance Coaching Programs (DBA Fun & Fit Functional Fitness LLC)

By submitting this application (and/or enrolling in any or all programs created by Goddess Guidance), if accepted, enrolling in the 1:1 coaching program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Commitment

1.1. Client Responsibility: You understand that this coaching program requires active participation, dedication, and an open mindset. The success of the program depends on your commitment to the process.

1.2. Coach Role: The coach is committed to providing support, guidance, and tools to help you achieve your goals. However, results are not guaranteed as they depend on your individual effort and circumstances.

2. Payments and Refunds

2.1. Payment Terms: Payment is required in full (or via a pre-arranged payment plan) before the program begins. Payment details will be discussed upon acceptance into the program.

2.2. Refund Policy: Due to the personalized and transformative nature of this program, all payments are non-refundable.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

3.1. Session Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Availability will be provided after program acceptance.

3.2. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. Privacy: All information shared during the coaching sessions will remain confidential. The coach will not disclose any personal information without your consent, except as required by law.

4.2. Safe Space: The coaching relationship is built on mutual trust and respect. You agree to engage in this program in a professional and respectful manner.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Program Materials: All materials provided during the coaching program, including but not limited to worksheets, exercises, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the coach and are for your personal use only. These materials may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

6. Liability

6.1. Disclaimer: Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you achieve personal growth and transformation. However, it is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel.

6.2. Limitation of Liability: The coach is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by the client as a result of the coaching process. You accept full responsibility for the outcomes of your choices and actions.

7. Termination

7.1. Coach Right to Terminate: The coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if the client fails to adhere to the terms and conditions, displays disrespectful behavior, or is otherwise deemed unfit for the program. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

7.2. Client Right to Terminate: Clients may choose to end the coaching relationship at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused sessions or services.

8. Agreement

8.1. Acknowledgment: By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

8.2. Consent: You agree to participate in this program voluntarily and understand that this is a professional coaching relationship intended for your personal development.

Girl, You're a Goddess Podcast Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms By participating as a guest on Girl, You're a Goddess, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms serve as a binding agreement between you ("Guest") and Girl, You're a Goddess ("Hilary Burton").

2. Recording and Distribution The Podcast Host reserves the right to record the interview in audio, video, or both formats. By agreeing to be a guest, you grant the Podcast Host the right to edit, distribute, and promote the recorded material across all platforms, including but not limited to podcast directories, social media, websites, and other promotional channels.

3. Intellectual Property All content created during the podcast recording remains the property of the Podcast Host. You retain ownership of your intellectual property, such as your name, likeness, and contributions, but grant the Podcast Host a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use your contributions in connection with the podcast.

4. Promotional Use The Podcast Host may use your name, bio, and likeness in promotional materials related to the episode, including social media posts, website listings, and advertisements. You agree to provide a professional bio, headshot, and any other materials requested for promotional purposes.

5. Content Accuracy and Representation As a Guest, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during the recording. The Podcast Host is not liable for any claims or consequences resulting from inaccurate or misleading statements made during the episode.

6. Right to Decline or Edit The Podcast Host reserves the right to decline, edit, or cancel the publication of any episode for any reason, including content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or misaligned with the podcast’s goals and audience.

7. Confidentiality The Podcast Host will not share any information marked confidential by the Guest prior to recording. However, information shared during the recording is considered public and may be included in the final episode.

8. Scheduling and Cancellations Guests are expected to adhere to the agreed recording schedule. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. The Podcast Host is not obligated to reschedule canceled interviews.

9. Technical Requirements Guests are responsible for ensuring they have access to a stable internet connection, a quiet recording space, and appropriate equipment (e.g., microphone, headphones) for the interview. The Podcast Host is not responsible for technical issues on the Guest’s end.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Podcast Host, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation in the podcast.

11. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of Arizona, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Arizona, USA.

12. Agreement Acknowledgment By participating in the podcast, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
